Due to ongoing growth, Pipe Dream Fittings Ltd is looking for a commercial data analyst to join their multi-faceted engineering, furniture and retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analysing business trends, strategies and opportunities across 4 brands which incorporate websites, eBay Shops, Etsy Shops and Amazon Stores.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Identifying new product opportunities from existing and new suppliers

· Finding new / better suppliers of existing product portfolio

· Pricing reviews to maximize profitability

· Acting upon analysis by adding new products and other content to websites and other sales platforms such as eBay and Etsy

· Reviewing the performance of marketing campaigns

· Reviewing the performance of new products

· Reviewing the impact of website changes

· Reviewing and testing CRM

· Reviewing supplier pricing including assessing the impact of supplier price changes on margins and taking appropriate action

· Improving monthly and weekly management information (MI)

· Preparing reports for the Directors that effectively communicate trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data
